Introduction to Uni-CSA
Uni-CSA is a calcium sulfoaluminate calcium oxide composite expansion agent for concrete. This expansion agent has stable, reliable, and efficient reaction, and can effectively reduce the self shrinkage and drying shrinkage of decorative mortar and concrete structures, solving the cracking problem of concrete and mortar.

Precautions for use
Proportioning Calculation and Mixing
Although it does not belong to cement itself, the treatment method in the ratio calculation of concrete and mortar is the same as that of cement.
When the added amount exceeds the specified amount, excessive expansion may occur, and attention should be paid to the decrease in strength.
Regarding the mixing of concrete, please mix Uni CSA with cement into the mixer. It is important to note that the timing of feeding should not be too late. After feeding, please use a forced double shaft mixer and extend the mixing time by 10 seconds on the specified basis. And it cannot be stirred by hand. Local expansion occurs when the mixture is uneven. In addition, please wear protective goggles, dust masks, and elbow gloves when feeding.
It has a very good effect when used together with low heat Portland cement. Attention should be paid to the extension of the mold placement time (extended demolding time). When the mold placement time is shortened, the strength will decrease.
Please contact in advance when adding expansion agent when the water cement ratio is below 30%.
Maintenance
Under rapid drying and other weather conditions, due to insufficient water, the reaction of Uni CSA is incomplete, and the effect cannot be fully exerted. Therefore, concrete should be wet cured within 5 days after construction (using watering and brown pads for floor and base concrete, and curing walls in molds), or curing agents can be used.
Regarding the types of molds, we recommend decorative molds and metal molds. When using other molds, the demolding surface is relatively rough.
Relationship with various additives
When using the rapid setting agent calcium chloride, the expansion amount will be reduced, so try to avoid using it simultaneously.
Although it can be mixed with most additives, there are many types of additives. If there are any problems, please contact our company.
The bonding strength between concrete and Uni-CSA mortar is very high, but when constructing Uni-CSA mortar on waterways or asphalt surfaces, peeling and loss of bonding may occur due to expansion, and such construction should be avoided.
Storage method
Although Uni CSA is packaged in moisture-proof bags, like cement, it is very susceptible to moisture. Please ensure that the storage location is dry.
Once the bag is opened or broken, please use it within the same day.
Please do not use when there is obvious solidified material in the bag.
Shelf life: 12 months
- Warning:
- This product has strong alkalinity, so it is necessary to wear protective glasses, dust masks, and rubber gloves.
- Contact with water, sweat, tears, and other moisture can cause alkalinity, which can irritate the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract, leading to conjunctival inflammation.
- Avoid getting into the eyes. In case of getting into the eyes, immediately rinse with clean water for at least 15 minutes, and then seek specialized eye care.
- Avoid adhering to the skin.
- Avoid entering the mouth and nose.
- Avoid contact with children.
- Never mix the product separately.

Please clean the materials in the bag before discarding it
If this product is attached to the bag, please use the above labor protection equipment and follow the precautions for handling
When discarding this product and packaging bag, please entrust a professional waste disposal company to handle it
When processing in large quantities, it should be noted that this product will release heat when reacting with water
Do not dispose of in sealed containers or enclosed spaces, as water may cause eruption due to reaction heat during disposal. Please never use this method of disposal.
