Ceramic

Ceramic industry

Our company's products have two main applications in the ceramic industry: first, as the raw materials for ceramic products; second, as refractory raw materials for kilns and kiln furniture that used to fire ceramic products.

As a raw material for ceramic products

With the development of the modern ceramics industry, the variety of ceramics is expanding, and the main materials used can be divided into three categories: alumina, zirconia, and silicon carbide. Our company's products are primarily alumina powder, but we also supply zirconium oxide and silicon carbide products. Our ceramic alumina powder is divided into standard and high-purity grades (3N and 4N) by purity, with particle sizes ranging from nanometers (100nm to 300nm) to micrometers (1-5μm). Our products are used in a variety of applications, including household ceramics, artistic ceramics, industrial ceramics, and specialty ceramics. In addition to alumina powder, we also provide granulation (Ready to press)powders of various specifications.

Refractory materials for kilns and kiln furniture

Refractory Materials (for Kilns)

Shaped Products: High-alumina bricks, mullite bricks, corundum-mullite bricks (for roller hearth kilns), silicon carbide bricks, hollow sphere bricks, etc.
Unshaped Materials: High-alumina/corundum castables, ceramic fiber blankets, etc.
Precast Parts: Special-shaped refractory precast parts (push-plate bricks), etc.

Refractory materials (for kiln furniture)

Ceramic kiln furniture is a key tool for supporting, protecting and optimizing the firing effect of green bodies. According to their function and structure, they can be divided into: 1. The shelf and push plate (mullite-corundum composite) of the supporting kiln furniture; 2. The pillars/columns, saggers, etc. of the supporting kiln furniture; 3. The pads/washers, support nails, etc. of the spacing kiln furniture; 4. The roller rods of the roller kiln, the atmosphere protection crucible, the resonant frame of the microwave kiln, etc. of the special kiln furniture.

Due to the wide variety of ceramics, the requirements for refractory materials used in kilns are different. If you have specific requirements for materials, you can consult the company staff. Currently, ceramic-related companies have purchased:Reactive Alumina Powder、Calcined alumina powder、White fused alumina、Tabular alumina、Fused Calcium Aluminate Cement、Bubble Alumina、Polycrystalline Composite Hollow Spheres、Fused Mullite、Sintered Mullite - Aluminum、Sintered Mullite - bauxite and so on。
