Product Introduction

One of the three refractory raw materials for high alumina, it has a high expansion rate (16-18%), fast reaction rate of mullite, low creep value, and is mainly used for thermal shrinkage compensation of materials.

Kyanite is a member of the kyanite mineral group, typically exhibiting flattened prismatic crystals with an island-like structure. Color: cyan, blue, vitreous luster.

Relative hardness: anisotropic // c-axis 5.5, lc-axis 6.5–7. Bulk density: 3.53–3.65 g/cm³.
