The "Jun"brand fused mullite main raw materials are industrial alumina and high-quality quartz sand,which is smelted by large high-temperature electric arc furnaces.Fused mullite is the only stable binary compound in alumina-silica dual system.It is a high-quality refractory material.The colors are gray-white,needle-shaped,cylindrical crystals,and high bending strength.It has the characteristics of uniform expansion,good thermal shock stability,highly refractoriness under load,small high temperature creep value,high hardness, good anti-chemical corrosion etc.With its excellent heat shock resistance and abrasion resistance,it is widely used in glass kiln body furnace lining bricks, alkaline -free glass sedimentation tank mullite bricks,large smelting blast furnace hot air furnace bricks,blast-furnace low creep sillimanite brick,ceramic kiln furniture,saggar,petrochemical and other industries are raw materials for high -end refractory materials.
