Raw materials

This product was produced by using industrial alumina powder and high-purity limestone as raw materials.

Producing
After being smelted and cooled by electric arc furnace, it is made into cement clinker, and then homogenized by grinding to make finished product.

Microscope photos
According to the electron microscope image (magnified 25,000 times), most ca-70 cement clinker crystals are less than 5 microns in size and have a wide particle size distribution (contributing to the fluidity and hydration activity of the castables).
Application
It is mainly used to prepare refractory castables of 1500-1800 ℃ or even 1800 ℃  or more, especially low cement, ultra-low cement castables such as ladle lining, permeable brick, high-strength anti-skin anti-corrosion castable for cement kiln.
CA-70 is mainly used in the spraying/feeding of cement kiln.
CA-80 is mainly used in iron making environment such as iron ditch, ladle, desulfurization spray gun.

Application
Refractory castables, Acid and alkali castables, ordinary high alumina castables and slag ball production, medium and low cement content castables, better construction performance and high temperature performance.
It can also be combined with pure calcium aluminate cement to obtain better medium and high temperature performance, higher resistance to mechanical shock, wear and chemical corrosion resistance, widely used in circulating fluidized bed boiler lining, new dry cement concrete decomposition furnace, kiln door cover, kiln mouth and heating furnace, soaking furnace lining, etc.
 
Decar-90

Decar-90 was researched and developed by Mr. Lee Yawei’s group from Wuhan Univrsity of Science and Technology and Hecheng New  Material together. The CA containing is over 90% in it. It can lower the additive
quantity of cement during the working based on ensure the early period strength, so that lower the water addition
and CaO, improve the castable performance, it is a great kind of cement.
 
Normal calcium aluminate cement is made by bauxite in rotary kiln. Its CA content is around 60%, and 20% CA2,
a little C12A7. Our Decar 90 is made of alumina powder in electric arc furnace. We use special procedures
to control production time and mineral composition. That’s how 90% CA is made. With 90% CA, hydration reaction will be fast and strong. Decar90 can reduce water addition, increase early strength and less cement addition.
Less water addition, castable will have lower porosity, Less cement addition, which means less calcium, less feldspar, bring better performance in high temperature and late period.
